Ghost Provokers is a hilarious webseries we just discovered last week. It's currently one episode in, and working on the second right now. It's great, especially if you go ghost hunting, have an interest in it, or watch the TV shows. And honestly, some of the things they do remind me of some of the things we do, especially in the promo for Episode Two. Not to mention, Scott Butterfield looks like Bruce Campbell. You can't get any better than that! If you watch Ghost Adventures or Ghost Hunters, check it out.
This website is really, really interesting. It's actually how we found out about Collings Castle. Not only does it have a database with explorable locations around the globe, but it also hosts a forum filled with everything you need to know about Urban Exploration. Anyone can join the forums, but few get full member status, which allows you to post to the database. But, you can still post all your pictures and discoveries on the forum. And even if your location might not have many locations (or none at all) it still gives hints on how to find locations on your own. Another UE website worth visiting is Infiltration.
Wesley Treat has officially given me the travel bug. Namely, the roadtrip bug. He has written Weird Texas and Weird Arizona. His next book, Weird Oklahoma, is supposed to come out next year (or so I heard). I previously posted a link to his video for Tucker's Cemetery, which was part of his research for Weird Oklahoma. And I also posted his other site, Junk Shop Photos. He's a funny guy, and he has helped me to appreciate some things in Oklahoma more. His site has pictures from all the places he's been researching his books, and also has a regularly updated blog. While not exactly ghost related (like Urban Explorers), its about travel; and most importantly, local travel.
Well, that's it for this time. Hope you enjoy the links!
